Always there's a problem with the 26 footer truck if you reserve it in one place they have you pick it up in different Location so this is difficult for the customer

The office did not have power the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck. The guy working the office was fantastic! He had a line of people and none of us could use the app to get our keys. He was super helpful and patient. He did an outstanding job taking care of each of us. Great experience, thanks to him.

The attendant was super. Quick service, cordial, professional. Some of the moving blankets were dirty. The cab smelled like cigarette smoke and the cargo area smelled like dirty wet dogs.

The location was fine. What was not was the truck return process on mobile phone. It did not work on my phone, trying to find “location” failed every time. Thankfully there was someone else with me and I had to use their phone. Additionally, trying to take pictures in the dark, pouring rain and wind was very frustrating. With all the issues we had, the return process took like 20 minutes. Please look into streamlining or improving that part, it was dreadful.

There was dog hair all over the passenger seat. The floor mats were muddy and there was cigarette ashes on the door rests. There is no room to park inside the place, I had to park across the street.

The truck and location were good. My issue was with the website. Would not work either in online checking in or returning the truck after hours.

Honestly the only improvement Uhaul can do is lower the cost of services. Especially on smaller vehicles pickups to 15' trucks. The only reason I went with Uhaul, is all the trucks from Home Depot were rented and I had last minute moving needs. Home depot rents for low cost, no milage fees, and no add on like insurance.

Never again will I use that store. Made reservation via phone and said I would be there 30-45 minutes. Got there with sign on door that they were checking in equipment and would be back soon. 45 minute wait and 3 trips walking the entire lot every row. Not a soul on the property. Called and left a voicemail about the reservation and finally received a call back 3 hours later asking if I still wanted it. Went to get it and has to leave to go to bank to transfer funds. Got back at 4:30 pm and the rental was given to someone else. Downgraded to van which was only one left. Didn't get told that there was a reservation on the van at 9am next morning. Was called at 945 about where can was. Told them I had to get back to van and unload but would be a couple hours. Turned can in by noon and was then told that I would be charged an additional day rate plus 50 for someone else reservation. So I am being charged 19.99 x2 and 50 fee for someone else's rental when I had the van in my possession 19 hours TOTAL. I was not given a 50 missed reservation credit when the employee had office locked and wouldn't answer the phone for 3 hours. Absolutely the worst experience in any retail environment as well as horrible customer service and beyond rude employees.

When I got in the truck it was filthy dirt was everywhere The window roller was broken and broke off while I was on the freeway trying to roll the window up by hand. When I tried to do the inspection of the truck it wouldn't load because of the location I was at and my phone signal so I was unable to actually complete the initial checklist so when I returned it I had to put that it was dirty and I got charged for the cleaning But the truck was already dirty when I got it overall I probably will think twice the next time I try to get a U-Haul

This location is ok but each representative that we spoke with, on the phone and at this location, told us something different than we actually ended up being charged for. We had to drive 1.5 hr to pick up a 26' truck after being told that one would be available at our original location, we were charged for extra days after having multiple conversations with multiple representatives about how long we needed the truck, we were given less miles than communicated at the location and then had to pay for the extra miles, and got charged for bringing back a 3/4 full tank when we filled it up one block away. $172.57 worth of miscommunications.

Due to the blending of making you as a customer to a representative job online, and the process of picking up I made sure to stress to employee I dont want to be double billed. He assured me this wouldn't and couldn't happen but it did and now it's my inconvenience.

The website was frustrating. It took me over 30 minutes to complete my mobile pickup, during which I could have saved time by entering the store. The main issue I experienced was that any picture over 2 Megapixels seemed to break the website.

the hold time on the reservation system is ridiculous, waited 40 minutes for a customer service rep to com eon line to take my reservation.

The van I rented was back late from the previous renter so I had to wait, and it was left to me filthy dirty. I returned it the night before, then noticed I received a text to check it in while there so I went back when they opened in the morning to avoid the $20 fee mentioned in the link. When I let them know the condition of the van when I picked it up, and that I made sure it was clean the lady at the counter was rude. I let her know I took pictures before and after (time stamped) and asked if there is a chance of a partial refund, she was even more rude. I left very disappointed in their customer service. My family and I have always used this location but not sure if we ever will again.

The service rep at 5200 Lacey Blvd, Lacey, WA was one of the most polite and helpful I've ever dealt with. He made my experience seamless, answered any and all questions and wore his Covid protection mask 😷. If I ever need another truck or cargo van in that area, I'll def be back. I had an issue with over filling the tank and not getting reimbursed for the extra 3 gallons that were in the car. The gallon chart that was provided was confusing and needs to be more simplified.

I know you're very busy this time of year but I was ready to pick up walking distance from were I lived and 2 days before I was texted to go to Lacey store. As soon as I checked in another text came to return to another location in Olympia. I had to drive to Lacey and leave my car parked. I could not return to Olympia on 4th without a car
