When I needed to add more days to the rental, the girl who answered the phone was so pleasant and quickly made the change. She even remembered who I was when I came to pick up the van. Great experience!!

CHARLES DEmployee at location said to fill the tank to 1/2 tank to 3/4 tank full instead of stating return it to the fill point it was rented out at. It was at 3/8ths of a tank when we rented it and my spouse confused by what the employee stated filled it to 3/4ths of a tank. In correct communication. We over payed in fuel and the employee just asked if we disputed it.

WILLIAM FYou must put your vehicles behind your fences. I was given the amount of gas that was suppose to be in the vehicle but it was at 1/2 a tank. So, I had to take a picture and dispute it. The lady said they been having trouble with people siphoning gas.

MAKETH DUpon checking in/picking up you should be told not to park behind the gate unless you're going to provide your customers a gate code. If you return your rental after hours you're gonna be stuck without your car. I got fortunate & someone was driving out so I could get to my car but then I was stuck in there until someone came along & I asked if they could get me out. She was kind enough to do so.
Colleen BCheck your bill before driving off. They automatically add SafeMove without my consent. I explicitly rejected the option on the website while reserving the equipment, only to find that it was added to my bill anyway because I didn't catch it at the counter.

DILLON CThere is a sticker on the dashboard (some identifier number) that is large and reflects onto the windshield while driving. The reflection is directly in the drivers line of sight and is super distracting. This should be moved — it is dangerous.

KELENA KI just didn’t get the quotes and internet or uhaul computer waa in and out. Not sure if I got best deal or not. And didn’t know accurate mileage of my round trip. Supposedly 300 miles but was given I think 100 and then 39 cents a mile after that. 🤷🏽♀️ Haven’t looked at my receipt yet.havent gotten one. Got back late I said I’d be back at a certain time. Didn’t happen that way. So didn’t get the time stamp when I needed be back. Nor an extra driver for myself available at needed times for pick up and drop offs. Just a how was our service and will you refer a friend. Grateful to get my stuff. That’s all. Ty

MICHAEL KOne thing I will note. Your seats made my new knee ache like crazy (left total knee replacement January 2024). While driving the truck, my knee started aching. It only got worse as long as I stayed in the seat, regardless of how I tried to change my position. As soon as I got out of the truck, my knee stopped aching. It's still a bit sore today, but that incessant aching hasn't come back. I haven't had it ache like that for over a month. Perhaps look into getting better seats.
Susan RThe location charged me an additional $15 for insurance I do not need, and I did not select this service initially as they claimed it was their local policy to add this instance to every request.

Alejandro FHaving an earlier drop off option would be nice. Maybe give the U-Haul user a temporary gate code that expires after one use so the vehicle can be dropped off before the storage part opens. Maybe have a key drop box by the front door. There are cameras everywhere.

Rhonda Olocation needs a secure key box. I had to wait two hours to return the key. Other people had to wait as well. One person left all together. Everything else was great.

McKinley HIt was unfortunate that there is no option to refuse UHaul insurance at this location. The UHaul website and app offer option for insurance, but this store required it. Beware.

The truck, however, was fine for size, but I believe the vehicle needs service. I did share this concern with staff and they said they would notify mechanics. Overall a very good experience.
