Less of a wait time for customer to get someone to start the process and paper work when picking up the uhaul We waited over 15 mins for someone to help us! We just stood there at the counter.

Truck was not running well and was charged more than I was told

JILL BUpon the employee hooking up, the trailer lights were not checked. Soon into the dark of evening a police officer let me know I did not have tail lights. I recommend that it be standard that a dealership employee should be required to check trailer lights before letting a customer pull away. Many customers don't pull trailers regularly & don't have that knowledge about lights, nor repairs needed by law enforcement to proceed. Cost me a night at a hotel to pull the trailer the next day without trailer lights. Trailer pulled well. Paperwork in the Hardware store was prompt & courteous.

Brock DThe specific trailer we rented was in the weeds in the back lot while others were displayed in the parking lot. When you know it's rented, it would be nice to have it brought out from the weeds first.
TAMMY AThe trailer wasn't checked prior and the straps were cranked down in behind the ratchet and it took over 2 hours to break the straps loose, I wasn't able to meet my time requirement at that point and returned the trailer. I was thoroughly disappointed in what happened today amd not being able to use the trailer because it wasn't checked over properly when it came back in.

Ken RFirst of all, we set a reservation for 10 am and didn’t get help from a person till after 10:30. We were standing at the desk for 30 mins waiting. Everything during the moving process went fine. When we were returning the truck we were also waiting for several mins for an employee to come help us.

WILLIAM WThis was a new UHaul location. They had never rented a unit before. The person that handled the transaction, was trained but had not actually done one. She apologized and did her best. I recognized she was stressed and it took a long time. But I appreciated her willingness to try. I would not rate UHaul well but I would rate the customer service at the Ladysmith, WI. Very High.
