The truck cleanness was poor. Waited 30 minutes for the u-haul staff member to arrive to rent the truck. The furniture pads and appliance dolly were not available. Was directed to go to another location to get furniture pads and appliance dolly.

When I went to pick up the truck it did not have the extra equipment I needed, ordered and paid for. They reimbursed me but that didn’t help with my move.

Because I brought the truck in later than the return time I was told they didn’t have room on the lot for my one way return and I would have to keep the truck another day this is totally unacceptable

When I dropped off the truck, the young lady said since she was the only one on duty she would check it in at 3:30 pm Saturday and then send me an email letting me know if there were any additional charges. As Sunday morning I had not heard anything so I started calling. After several calls, they finally checked in the truck and then told me that since I went over the miles by one mile I would be charged 42 cents. They actually charged my credit card 42 cents. SERIOUSLY, the effort and cost to charge me this small amount definitely cost U-Haul much more. Especially after I had to follow up just to get the people to do their job. GREAT Customer Service!!

We were told that we needed to check the trucks to make sure that there were no homeless individuals still in the trucks before we took them. They said the homeless sleep in theme every night and sometimes they are still in there or they leave their garbage and things in the trucks during the day

I waited for a couple hours to get my trailer. I had a reservation. I also had a 50$ guarentee and that was not fulfilled. the manager was rude to me, then lied and charged me full price after she told me I would receive a discount for my lengthy wait. not only that but the trailer was dirty and I bad shape. If this situation is not fixed i will never rent from uhaul again, and make sure my family doesn't either. very disappointed.

No place to park and gas station clerk couldn't assist. He told me I couldn't park there and wouldn't give me an alternative place to park. He spoke minimal english and didn't properly check in the vehicle when I dropped it off. I had to call on Monday and spent an hour talking to Uhaul to get it sorted out. After all the headache I was promised a $25 certificate I haven't received. This was a bad experience. I will find alternative truck rental providers if I experience this again.

This was the second location I went to as the first one was not open and the self check in lock box is located in the store. This does no one any good if the store does not stay ope 24/7

Make sure there is a place to actually drop off keys, or at least make sure that the attendant knows what to do with uhaul keys being turned in.

Counter person not knowledgeable inputting data took too long for reservation didn't check truck release to me and didn't check truck when I returned an hour and a half later.

We just had a small move. But it was easy to reserve a truck and convenient. The clerk was very helpful on 5/5 and friendly. I'd rent from there again.

I am very disappointed with Uhaul. I reserved my equipment in a certain location and although I had a confirmation, it was transfer to a location that the Uhaul service was closed 6 months ago. Hence, I was sent to a third location where they state my reservation was located at, but wasn't. It took me 2 hrs, something that shouldve be completed in 20 mins.
