Forewarn customer that online return process requires alot of effort (& time) by the customer. Also, customer needs to be somewhat technology saavy. It's much easier to NOT use the online option.

ZACHARY KThe Truck has no right headlight which made my trip very difficult. I could not drive the truck at night which caused me to spend another night in a hotel, which cost me another $ 110. Also, there was no front license plate. I will never use U Haul again.

MARK RPicked up truck on Sunday. Drove to gas station to put gas since it had only quarter tank when we last checked at the location. While filling up gas i noticed there was a big hole in the gas tank and all the fuel was pouring out. Called and talked to Alex. At first he put the blame completely on me for not checking the vehicle when picking up. He was talking rude and loud. Even though the vehicle was leaking gas he made us drive back to the location for an exchange. Very bad experience. I would give zero stars. Needs alot of improvement with customer care.

DANIEL CDid not have a dolly or blankets that I ordered. Truck had absolutely no gas. Filled the tank up and did not get paid for the gas left in the tank. I put $160.00 worth of gas in the tank and drove it approximately 40 miles. Still had over 3/4 of a tank left. It took about 20 minutes to check out the truck. The employee had no idea what he was doing. I was the only customer.

Dong HToday was a quick process to get what I needed. I was the only reservation for the day! Did the pre-check in and I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes.
WILLIAM GThe two attendants who we delt with were very helpful and I believe they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of each day. For the trailer rental another location could not guarantee our reservation, but your employee did. On Saturday we actually changed our trailer size, and the attendant was very helpful to ensure it would meet our needs. She actually assisted us with hooking up the trailer and ensured all of the necessary lights worked properly. While returning the trailer she can right out and even moved a trailer by hand to assist us (it had been a while since I did that). She was very nice and answered all of our questions. You have great employees at this location, and we will come back again if we need any truck or trailer rentals. Thank you very much.

mark pThe employee assisting me was extremely rude and unhelpful when I arrived. Nobody was in the office, and when I went back outside I noticed an employee cleaning a truck. I asked him if he worked there, and he replied by saying “yeah, can’t you see that I’m cleaning right now?” He was incredibly terrible to work with. Also, the truck I picked up had less than a 1/4 tank of gas in it. He said he didn’t have time to fill it up and gave me a measly 15 dollars off. I drove 40 miles, filled the tank up with 7 gallons of gas, and I was still hit with an additional fee for gas. Absolutely terrible experience overall. That employee needs to be fired.

Jose GThe tech did not do her job and check the gas when we left. She told us there was a quarter of a tank. The gas light was on and we needed to get gas immediately. We put $50 in however the technician refused to give us a refund when we only drove 8 miles. I will never do business with U-Haul again. And I will be telling everyone I know about my experience with you.

Marty GThe guy working there was a complete asshole. My original reservation was mixed up and all he did was cuss and disrespect his “boss” about how cheap he is and how he can’t do anything correct at their location. I then return the truck and notice the door is closed and the hours posted said 7 am - 3 pm which I returned my truck at 4:15 pm so I dropped my keys in the key drop off on the door. As I’m walking to my car he swings the door open and yells at me that they’re open and I can bring the keys in. I’ve rented there before I they had me park the truck in the back which I did this time and he basically yelled at me for parking in the back and his statement quote for quote “I don’t know why the fuck you parked back there. We don’t do that shit anymore.” Which then I looked at him and could only say ok. He needs to be fired asap because that customer service and the way he disrespected me infront of my kids and wife was unacceptable

Michael CThe trailer I picked up needed air in the RR tire. The person that hooked up the trailer said I should put air in the tire before loading it. I think the equipment should be serviced and ready to go. Customers should not have to stop and air up tires. Other than that service was great!
