BRITTANY HThe truck was dirty inside, didn’t have the equipment I reserved on line, workers also seem to work next door at gun range and don’t always answer the door at the U-Haul.
April MOffice location next to/sharing a wall with a gun-club was slightly off-putting and the decor could be improved. But the staff member was very friendly and accommodating. Upon return of the van, he could not close out my contract as U-Haul's computer system was down (nation-wide he said); however, he was able to close it out later that day. .
