I didn't know this was a car sales lot that also had uhaul vehicles. Attendant said I should check in online but then had me come in the office. That was a mistake because he added the $40 safe tow package without my consent. I prefer to deal with locations where uhaul is the primary business. At least have a uhaul sign on the building or window to make it look legit.
