The location had no cell reception and I could not do a self checkout due to this. The code given for the lock did not work either. The place had no real idea of what was going on and when I asked to settle my bill they told me to contact corporate. N

I didn't know this was a car sales lot that also had uhaul vehicles. Attendant said I should check in online but then had me come in the office. That was a mistake because he added the $40 safe tow package without my consent. I prefer to deal with locations where uhaul is the primary business. At least have a uhaul sign on the building or window to make it look legit.
