Daniel TFyi to the owner operator. Sunday morning the roads were covered in snow and ice. As I traveled down I 75 in a sea of salt spray , I soon found out Theresa's no wiper fluid in the resuveior. This soon beca e very unsafe and dangerous as the windows completely blocked over by salt residue off the road. I cou,d have easily been in a serious accident over this minor oversight. I would encourage you to change your maintenance approach to ensure that all rented U hauls are completely topped off in al essential fluids. Had this been a less experienced driver, I am most certain there could have been a serious accident. Obviously, I was able to find acess to a local hardware store and added the necessary windshield solvent and all was fine. Other than this oversight, the vehicle performed and delivered to my expectations.

STEVEN DI will say the Lake Orion U-Haul did help me with the situation and they gave me a number to call her name was Cici. She did help me with a matter and resolved it. I have always used this U-Haul on Clarkston Road. They are awesome.!

DEBRA LGreat experience all the way around. Didn’t end up hauling the jeep home on the trailer because 3 of the 4 wheels were stuck. Trailer was very nice though, I would rent from this place in a heartbeat.

HERMAN KTraffic changed my location for pick-up. The new location an half hour away, I live less than ten minutes from the main location I reserved the carrier. The other location was friendly and good to work with just more time picking up and dropping off! The strap on the car transport was frayed, I clean/cut off so that it would fit into the ratchet. That should be one thing on inspected before anything goes out along with the ratchets cleaned and oil.

MICHAEL DIt seems like there are several other businesses going on here. The gentleman that helped take the trailer off was very nice and understanding. I showed him what had to be replaced and what happened. He said to make sure I tell the guy when I turn it in. I did, he said that's not good and that was it. So not his concern, not his issue to correct is the feeling I got.
