The vehicle had over 95,000 miles on it. It felt safe to drive and it preform well. The cab area floor was dirty and dash board was dusty. The box area was clean.

DEBRA LGreat experience all the way around. Didn’t end up hauling the jeep home on the trailer because 3 of the 4 wheels were stuck. Trailer was very nice though, I would rent from this place in a heartbeat.

HERMAN KTraffic changed my location for pick-up. The new location an half hour away, I live less than ten minutes from the main location I reserved the carrier. The other location was friendly and good to work with just more time picking up and dropping off! The strap on the car transport was frayed, I clean/cut off so that it would fit into the ratchet. That should be one thing on inspected before anything goes out along with the ratchets cleaned and oil.

MICHAEL DIt seems like there are several other businesses going on here. The gentleman that helped take the trailer off was very nice and understanding. I showed him what had to be replaced and what happened. He said to make sure I tell the guy when I turn it in. I did, he said that's not good and that was it. So not his concern, not his issue to correct is the feeling I got.

MICHAEL WOnce I figured out the after hours check out procedure I was able to claim my 26 foot small house on wheels. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. The mantra says that it’s a “truck that drives like a van!” And it’s true! The truck ran smoothly with cold air and easily adjustable seats and mirrors. The in-dash audio system connected to Bluetooth quickly and kept the connection throughout my rental. Based on its size, I expected fuel mileage somewhere south of awful and was surprised that it average just under 10 mpg, even when loaded! The after hours return process was equally quick and simple. A few quick pictures on the app to confirm the vehicle condition and parking location and I was on my way. I will return to this location whenever I need to rent again and would strongly recommend it to family, friends and others who are looking for a clean, well maintained rental truck.

COLIN DI had a bunch of issues going on the day before. They were VERY accommodating and worked with me. I finally got the trailer, did the job, then returned it. The trailer was in great shape, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

CHRISTOPHER TThe trucks A/C didnt work which really sucked because it was a scorcher during the move, the check engine light was on when I picked it up and the back had a bunch of cottonwood inside.
