Sheet of ice. U-Haul made me drive over an hour out of my way to drop off the truck at this location and did not even offer me a discount or anything. Terrible service all around.

Don’t make us park on an undriveable sheet of ice. Also why do I have to drop everything off an hour from my destination? Budget and Penske never make it this difficult or annoying to rent from them.
