PAUL TEric and the older (of the two) gentleman wearing an Eric jacket were so very kind. We started chatting it up and I felt like we were long time friends. They answered all my questions and sent me on my way after blowing out the back to make sure it was nice and clean for my move. He even took the time to show me how to turn off the auto-on button for extra haul every time you turn on the truck to save on gas (unless you are literally hauling a vehicle behind). I recommend this location 100%

RILEY MDon’t make us park on an undriveable sheet of ice. Also why do I have to drop everything off an hour from my destination? Budget and Penske never make it this difficult or annoying to rent from them.

RONALD RNot set up for after hours trailer drop off. There were no wheel chalks available to secure the trailer to prevent rolling.
JOSEPH BThe return process was very easy, but when I called the number I was supposed to call upon return, no one answered. I did leave the keys in the drop box, so that seemed easy enough.

JERRY JAll hood except when using the app to pick ip when closed was awful. Took 45 minutes to get thru it and had to end up call the 800 number to get help.
Susan SCar transporter trailer worked perfectly. Highly recommend this solution if you need to move a vehicle.
