I had a reservation for 9AM pick up. The business didn't open until 9:30AM. They were supposed to set up the mobile pick up and they didn't so that was the first delay. 2nd delay was when the business opened, the attendant couldn't log on to the U Haul portal to complete the pickup. He tried on his ipad and his cell phone. It took a while to get thru to U Haul customer service to get it rectified. I had movers waiting for me and I was paying them by the hour. There were some indicator lights illuminated on the dash. Tire pressure and another that said "Service tire monitor system". Luckily, I wasn't going that far. I've rented with UHaul at least 20 times over the last 10 years. I've always had good experiences with U Haul, this one was not great.

The brakes were bad. I didn't get the size truck I reserved so i had to go back and forth multiple time ending up having to pay for more miles and gas than I originally anticipated. I already hire 2 men to help load and unload so I could not cancel the truck and ended up paying them more. It was the worst experience ever. I would never rent from uhaul again.

John CThe drivers side window crank was broke, the drivers seat springs had sprung, and the cab interior was filthy. The box truck had nails, clumps of mud and debris . The employee could not provide information in reference to milage charge. I do not recommend this location.
LIV SThe app showed that this location could do contact-less pickup, but when I got there I was told by the app to call customer service. They said the location was in-store pick only. This required me to run a half our behind schedule as I had to wait for the location to open. Please make sure the app/website is accurate as to whether a location is in-store pickup only.
Nicholas GTruck was extremely old. Sputtered when turning on — 177k+ miles is unacceptable for a large truck.
