Would have been better if I could have gotten the van when my reservation was scheduled… reservation for 7:30am reservation does not mean 9:3oam!!!

I could not be more happy with my experience in dealing with this u-haul branch up here in Mahopac, NY. Speaking with Don and the field manager went so smoothly!! Definitely will use this cargo van again. It is a pleasure to drive and kept in great condition!! God bless all of you always!! Oh and we love the store clerk too!!

Alisha GWhen I picked the truck it had 3/4 tank of fuel. I drove about 70 miles and filled the tank with 7 gallons of gas. I returned the truck with 3/4 of fuel. I noticed on a resent bill that u haul charged me for 6 gallons of gas. Hopefully you guys can figure this out. Thanks for your help.
