The U-Haul app was very difficult to use because it kept freezing and would not load. We struggled with this issue upon pick up and drop off. It was difficult to use and kept freezing my cell phone.
Mercedes SHave someone there to hook up trailers. I knew how to do it because I have rented so many, but most elderly women wouldn't have a clue how to hook it up. Very unfriendly staff. I won't be using this location again.

MICHAEL TThe lady working was not stellar. Others there were polite. Virginia location did not have equipment as promised. There was a 50 dollar discount they should have offered for not having booked equipment but did not. I had to spend an additional 100 miles and half day to pick up tow equipment in Tennessee. Please credit me this.

TONY PI only rated this location as average due to a key issue. The key fob that I received for the uhaul was broken causing the key to fall off. The key could not be found and I was forced to contact roadside assistance to have a key made. The cost was $250.00!!! I would suggest that each key fob be inspected prior to issuing to customers. Customers: check your key! It's impossible to lose a key with that giant key fob attached, but if the fob is broken (split) where the key attaches, it can easily fall off.

Joyce MThe location was great! However, uhaul 865 number customer service SUCKS!! Also when the issue is taken to the local service guy in the area for customer issue. He is completely rude, and does not value you for anything. He is any indication on how customer service is suppose to be ran, then uhaul corporate will go out of business! Lake Street was amazing! The only reason I would ever think about renting from uhaul is cause of this facility! They made the experience better after the nightmare customer service and the local boss man in this area made me feel like I was inconvenience, and messed up my rental completely!!!!
Amanda HThe am-fm radio got terrible reception. In all three trucks I have rented this year. Admittedly I did not rent for the radio. The really important things like power, performance and handling of the trucks were excellent.

Deborah SOverall the vehicle worked fine but I don’t agree with charging .69 per mile and gas. Makes the advertised price seem almost false. Rate was 19.99 ended up paying $61 ridiculous. Either charge for gas or mileage not both. And to charge $5 a gallon is wrong should be national average at worst if not the average for the area it was rented. Overall will not be using U-Haul again.

Diena CThey pre charged me for 50 miles which was fine. I used 20 miles. I made sure the gas was back where it we when I picked it up and still got charged the ridiculous fee. I will never longer do any business with this location. I have rented at other places and never had the unprofessional customer service I did here
