The equipment must have been brand new. It was SO clean. I was really happy with how clean the truck was, didn't feel worried about my stuff getting dirty. Would recommend this location to anyone.
MELISSA GEquipment ran well but I cannot say it was clean. Lots of dirt and debris in can and back. Lots of dirt and dust on dashboard and equipment.
Jennifer YI drove the truck 8 miles. Had it for less than 2 hours. I was charged nearly $13 for gas. I am not happy at all about that. I feel cheated to pay that much for gas.

MATTHEW BLock Tight, 2080 N Lapeer Rd, Lapeer, MI 48446 Was our change of a dress for the drop off due to it did not show that drop off location in app and that was very close to us within minutes so we changed our drop off location from Sterling Heights to this location with U-Haul authorizing it so the ratings for this is based on our true drop off location and not the Sterling Heights location.

Bernitha MOld truck, lots of minor damage. Check engine light on. Air conditioning blowing out heater floor vents, not dash vents. Drivers door has a seal leak, extremely noisy on highway. Driver seat ripped up. Passenger door very hard to close. Dash indicator kept indicating passenger door was open. Light in box inoperative.

Zachery BI received a call after I dropped off the truck that two mattresses were left in the truck. Firstly, I only own one mattress. Second, it is now in my new home. I know this, because I slept on it last night. After trying to get in touch with the office, no one would speak to me. Very poor experience and I better not be charged anything for these "mattresses".

Jerry HThe individual helping me just took the key and said I was all set. I asked if he wanted to do a vehicle inspection and ensure the gas was as full as they wanted it. He said, "Ill just send you the receipt after I check it in." So I had to tell him I wanted to inspect the vehicle and the car dolly with him and make sure he was satisfied. They should want to do this with the customer, rather than having to be asked to do it.

She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a WONDERFUL representative for your company. We have already recommended your facility.

I got a cheaper deal same storage inside facility for cheaper. I think that you should have competitive prices and not keep raising your prices. That’s the only reason why I moved out because you kept raising the rent.

Great experience and good prices, never any increase either in almost 6 years of renting, plus I got a 10% senior discount which really helped. This place is a huge cut above all the others I looked at.
