The office staff were very understanding and helpful when I couldn't check-in to pick up my vehicle with the app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVehicle received extremely dirty. Covered in mud. 12000 miles and a message pops up saying brakes need servicing. Replace brake pads.
CRAIG MThe transmission was extremely broken in truck. Changing into drive, park and reverse ment raking the gear shift back and forth until it finally fell into gear. Not service locations fault. Fault purely with UHaul fleet management/maintenance.
Jerrad JQuick, friendly, and easy! Just the way I like it.
MICHAEL SThis location was great. I recently rented a vehicle from Roseville location and I would say this location customer service was way better and they were much more helpful! I was unable to check my vehicle in with the app and the staff took care of it for me and called me to let me know I had left my wallet in the truck!
