we put gas back in and was ove some. instead of making right and not charging me for the additional mileage i was over they refused to do so and cherged me a additional 10 bucks for mileage. was my second time this week utilizing their services so not in a hurry to come back
michael mThe truck had a warning message regarding the tire pressure monitor. The vehicle was essentially out of fuel when I picked it up. Fuel consumption was terrible. I was informed the tow switch should have been turned off to achieve better fuel economy. This should have been done before I picked up the unit.
Robert OThe code for the gate was not provided to return the equipment. When we finally figured it out, the same code did not work to exit. We tried to call the location number and no one answered. We were ready to call 911 as i was now trapped in the fenced area and finally had someone drive in who let me out. This is a safety issue.
