Greg HTruck was dirty and I was charged for a cleaning fee of $25 then I didn’t have a dolly because the location doesn’t carry them made my move so much hard and when I went to return it turned out to be a total of $85 like what…..???
Ty MMake certain that the mileage and fuel level of the vehicle are accurately recorded before leaving the U-Haul facility. This cost me an extra $25 - $30 dollars because of U-Haul’s mistakes.

Michael SWe rented a uhaul truck and tried to return after hours with the automated system. well same as last time. 1 and 1/2 years ago we had the same problem, It wouldn't accept our gps location, then we waited 15-20 mins before anybody answered, had to send an email showing our milage and gas level. called the location the next day as instructed, but nobody answered. yeah it was lovely going through this after working hard all day in the heat, starving and needing shower. 😡
MIGUEL MI had an outstanding experience. Mr. Bryan Holiday (I think this is his name) was extremely professional and friendly. I was having a very bad day. Mr. Holiday handled my negative attitude with exemplary courtesy. His professionalism did a lot to improve my attitude and improve my day. Thank you!

Amy VVery unhappy with overall renting. At reserved location unit was not available. Was sebt to different location, placed was closed up to an hr after opening hrs. Then sent to a further location still didn't get the size truck reserved. And was charged for the miles. Started my move 2hrs late, had to pay additional money to crew. It was ridiculous. Very frustrating. Facility was very helpful!

denika BThe employees at this location did not help get the trailer. They said there it is. They did not make sure I had the right hitch or anything. No help at all. The parking is horrible to try to return a trailer. We had to Un hook it at push it into a spot. Would not recommend this location.
Matt SHad there system take about one hour to get us out of here and all because of there system on computers keept booting her of 6times. And had to reenter our info over and over. Also trailer it's self needs new chains they are really thin on the hook ups.
