The truck was dirty. The other issues I faced were not specific to that location. The U-Haul app and website were experiencing difficulties which made my check in and check out process lengthy and difficult

I arrived at 0900 on Saturday to pick up truck I had reserved. The faculty mgr was absent. His replacement did not know where the keys to the office were. 0940 before he could get someone on phone to tell him where the key was. In the meantime we both waited in the hot sun. After getting into the office he did not the verification code to log into the computer. He suggested to use the mobile app. I downloaded the app and it worked. It gives you the truck number for your reservation and the combination for the lock on the back door. But someone put wrong lock on my truck. Combination provided by the app did not work. It was 1030 before I took possession of truck gor a 0900 pickup. Very poor service.
