STEPHENI PI don't remember the name of the person who helped me but he was fantastic. I was on my way to drop off the trailer when I drove by a Uhaul place. Couldn't miss it. It blared Uhaul. Signs all over. The inside was spotless & a good looking design. I wanted to get the same stools for the bar in my man cave 🤪
DAVID HTruck was dirty. Change oil light was on. Someone had stolen hitch so I had to find one of my own. I was told that if I didn’t use the miles used to calculate the initial charge I would be credited the difference and no credit was received on my final invoice. Not my best U-Haul experience.

Kelly GWhen you are trying to self check in. The part that asked the address where you are moving to, needs to be addressed. Sometimes there is no move involved, I was just transporting a car to Thompkinsville, KY. Which is another problem. I then had to deliver the car dolly to Burkesville, KY. There are uhaul dealers in Thompkinsville, KY.. this needs to be addressed.

Brenda GThe trailer was not at our chosen location. So our beef is with the Paducah location. We wasted an hour picking it up from another town. We didn’t know to anticipate this change. A text was sent a few minutes before pick up time. Completely unacceptable!!!

john wIf you are shorter than 5'4", don't rent the pickup. The seat is not adjustable to raise up and is made for tall people! Rent the van or box truck. We will definitely use this Uhaul site in the future.
JAMES HThis is the first time I ha e rented from this location. This business is very friendly and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff was also very knowledgeable of the equiptment as well. They take pride in every piece of equipment they send out and follow the uhaul standards very well. I would definately recommend this place to my friends and family. I will definately be renting from here again.

Michael BNice people Uhaul was there when they said it would be. Rented 1 from parkers to. Return it to Eminence at 1000 on Sunday but had to leave key in drop box. My confirmation I had to upload would not work. So had to leave it.
