Picked up the rental with 199 miles to empty. Dropped off rental with 205 miles to empty. Lamb’s drop off charged me an extra gas charge even though I brought it back with more gas than it had when I picked it up.

The truck had a broken ramp. The service staff was very nice but not trained in delivering the truck and trailer . The management needs to better train the staff to address mechanical issues.like hooking up a trailer and checking that ramps work as needed. Otherwise, the staff was helpful in the paper side and coordinating a challenging rental situation. Keep the woman coordinating the rental but give her some assistance on the technical side. She was very helpful in their areas of expertise.
ELLEN BThe trailer was in a very large water puddle. The attendants were helpful on a transaction but had no knowledge how to hook up the trailer. I literally had to wade through the water and hook up the trailer myself with the help of a friend. Good thing we are truck and trailer savvy. Better training is in need.
