DUSTIN YHe was the only bright spot in our move with U-Haul. The company we were supposed to pick up our truck from, Tower Sales and Storage put te wrong keys in the lock box/didn’t fit the truck assigned causing us to miss our appointment with the people loading our truck. We arrived 3 hours before that appointment to pick up our truck, and ended up being an hour late.
Ken WJohn is a great representative for uhaul. I have rented many trucks and trailers from uhaul, mostly from this location. The place is easy to get in and out of. I can not say enough nice things about this location. If i have a problem, i know i will get results dealing with John.

I got a text Thursday letting me know that the reservation had been moved to L&L. John told us he had driven to Magnolia to get the 10’ truck I ordered so I wouldn’t have to! He also came in on his day off to help me with the application process. I highly recommend John!

OLIVIA FThis location provides some of the best service in the hot springs area, I have personally used this location for all of my Uhaul needs for years. I have been renting from John and his son William since William was knee high to a grasshopper. I like to see a family owned business like this prosper, I will continue to rent from L&L because William and John have helped me out every time I need something.
Gerold MThe location was never physically staffed by un employee. I had to connect my own trailer and hook it up, and then return it to the same spot and unhook it. Never saw a physical person. I reserved furniture, pads and furniture, dollies, but they did not provide any because there was no one there. I only found support to verify my drivers license. So there was absolutely zero service provided at this location. I did everything for myself.
James BThe guy showed up 2 hours late to the office. I had to call another office in town to get approval for a trailer at this lot because the guy was so late. The tags on the trailer didn’t match and he didn’t know that either so we had to completely unhook and go get another trailer. Overall this is the worst uhaul I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them.

CHARLES TThe L&L sales location in Hot Spring had great customer service. Good people. The U-Haul phone rep was terrible and unprofessional. Due to U-Haul not having a truck available in Hot Springs Village, AR, we had to drive to Hot Springs, AR to pick up the truck. U-Haul cancelled the reservation from the week prior. U-Haul rep called to inform me of the change on Friday night before the Saturday move. when I asked the rep about having to pay the extra mileage, the rep was very rude stating that I WOULD pay the extra mileage. The female rep was very rude and had no customer service skills. After we were finished with the rental and took it back to Hot springs, AR, there were four 26 foot trucks at the original rental place in Hot Springs Village, AR. U-Haul should have had a truck delivered to Hot Springs Village to cover the rental but did not. Rep told me they have no shuttle drivers and the cost would be transferred to me in the form of extra mileage. VERY bad customer service. U-Haul is the only rental company in town, and they act like it.

Linda BThey were supposed to open at 8 on Sunday. I called at 8:15 and spoke to William. He said he had what I needed but wouldn’t be there until 9 and that he was running late. I could tell he just woke up. I agreed to meet him at 9. At around 9:30 I texted and he assured me he was almost there. Then around 9:45 I contacted U-Haul support. She asked me to call a different number and see if they could help with the equipment. The man attempted to get hold of William and told me to stand by. Finally around 10:10 he shows up and apologized. He said his “battery was dead”. I’m not buying it. BE WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. Time is valuable to everyone and once it’s spent there’s no refund on it.
