Make it to where the customer knows if they go over the miles from U-Haul location to U-Haul location(if your house or the house you are moving to is any miles past the U-Haul pickup spot) that it will charge you extra per mile. I wasn’t happy to have an unexpected $40 taken from my bank account. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN PERSON!
