The location was fine but it was 25 minutes from my original selected location and no one called to confirm so I had to call and track down my truck the morning off. This is no fault of the location though

PATRICIA JReserved a uhaul for 11 am. Got there they were closed. Couldn't get the truck so customer service sent me to another location. No discount or anything to help offset the bs!! Then got charged almost $125 to go 60 freaking miles!!! Total fucking rip off!!
