When I got the vehicle from uhaul location the gas was not filled to the quarter tank mark and was showing 20 miles to E. When I dropped off at the location I had about 63 miles left in the tank and refused to refill to a quarter tank as it was not at quarter tank full when I got the vehicle. The fuel cost to fill it to a quarter would have been no more than 10$ however I was charged a total of 27.30. Not to mention when I got to the drop off location the store was just empty with no employee in sight that went on for about 15 minutes which made me late for work. Id also like to note the truck was in horrible condition. I was charged a 75.00 cleaning fee upfront however the interior was not up to par leading me to believe its an unreasonable amount and is clearly be pocketed and not used for cleaning. As I was driving the vehicle the transmission was constantly slipping and warning lights kept popping on the dash board leading to more stress in already stressful situation (moving). I guess use as your last resort and be prepared to be nickeled and dimed.

TREVA SAfter dropping the truck off at the drop off location, I dropped it off 30 minutes prior to the drop off time, now they are trying to charge me over $100 for an extra day due to the drop off location being closed when i dropped off the truck (it was sunday amd the drop off location is a liquor store!!!!). How is that my problem?? I shouldn't be getting charged anything at all. 3 out of 10 would not recommend. Stop trying to steal people's money!!!!
MEGAN GI had the mini uhaul i paid $49 for three hours. I had to extend for another hour and they charged me $33 for that hour. I’ve never paid $90 for a damn uhaul. Such a rip off and I will not be doing business again with them.
