Person behind the counter was exteremly rude to my step daughter. Step daughter was accompaning me and had her vape in her hand. The person behind the counter verbally admonished her for not reading the sign about not vaping inside the store, She never used the vape inside the store or even in my presence. But it wasnt just one admonishment it was three times about reading the sign and not vaping inside the store. then she went on for several minutes about her issues with vaping. I was dumbfounded at her rudeness! I would have to reconsider renting a U-Haul from this location.

JOHN SThis location was good they we’re alittle opening but to be honest they didn’t know we were renting until last minute because Carlisle location was useless not there when called woke up she seems upset she said that truck not drive able no apology no nothing for me to call U-Haul. I was suppose to get $10.00 off truck and $50.00 credit to my credit card but have not seen either as of yet
