I had fuel leaking on my new driveway from underneath truck.The smell of gas was inside the cabin.I was under the gun per se,i wasn’t and couldn’t wait for your service techs to come check.I called once i started driving that the check engine light was on,and another light was on dashboard.

RAYMOND FMy reservation was messed up from beginning til end. You changed my pick up location to a place father away. You don’t provide me the correct equipment I request. Instead of a hand truck you gave me an appliance dolly. Made the job take longer and more difficult. You then changed drop off location on me to a place far away. Literally made the job so much harder. Never again picking Uhaul.

Donna FTruck was basically clean, but smelled inside the cab. I booked the rental for pick up in Manahawkin, but without being informed by anyone at uhaul, it was changed to another location further away. I was supposed to be called by 5pm the day before, but never received a call. I called them and left a message, but my call was never returned. I paid for a dolly, that I did not receive. I had to move large furniture and a refrigerator by hand. The passenger mirror was very loose. At one point, while driving on the highway, i had to pull over with the assistance of my passenger, because i couldnt see anything, and fix the mirror. Thankfully i had the tools with me, because i would have had to call for assistance. I couldnt drive without seeing my passenger side in the mirror. The mobile check in process was a hassle that cost me 40 minutes
Michael HEasy pickup. Equipment was available on time. Staff did a great job hooking up my trailer and making sure everything was correct and safe for my long drive.

Alex KThey changed the location of my pick-up the day before and only notified me by text. I ended up going to the original location as I missed the text. You should of sent an email as well. Also, no one was there when I went to pick up the truck and I did not know what to do. I ended up calling a toll free number and they were able to give me the combination of the lockbox.
John CI made the reservation online with about a 2 hour notice. When I got to Laneys Heating and Cooling, they immediately got me set up with a truck and needed equipment. I only needed it for a quick pick up and move of furniture, was back in 2 hours. Very good experience.

valerie rThe people helping me at Laney's were some of the friendliest that I have encountered in the number of times I've rented U-Haul equipment. They were extremely helpful in getting me equipment and making sure I had what I needed. Even gave me directions to get back to the highway since the main road they are on is difficult to get out of the same way I came in. So the alternate route allowed me to get going more quickly.

WILLIAMRAYMOND IHonestly, the location was fine. We did the 24/7 truck share and the pickup ended up being a pain in the ass. The communication is unclear that you need to be at the location within an hour of the time of reservation. I showed up around 9:05 for an 8:00 am pickup and then had to call support, wait for ten minutes only to talk to Denise who I found to be pretty unpleasant to talk to. She fixed the issue but I could’ve used being told I was late about 3 less times. I got it the first time, Denise.
