Truck was basically clean, but smelled inside the cab. I booked the rental for pick up in Manahawkin, but without being informed by anyone at uhaul, it was changed to another location further away. I was supposed to be called by 5pm the day before, but never received a call. I called them and left a message, but my call was never returned. I paid for a dolly, that I did not receive. I had to move large furniture and a refrigerator by hand. The passenger mirror was very loose. At one point, while driving on the highway, i had to pull over with the assistance of my passenger, because i couldnt see anything, and fix the mirror. Thankfully i had the tools with me, because i would have had to call for assistance. I couldnt drive without seeing my passenger side in the mirror. The mobile check in process was a hassle that cost me 40 minutes
