They over charged me I had 26 miles they charge me for 40 and I said no to insurance he put 15 $ insurance he owns me 40 $ and I don’t have a final receipt

Robert ENo easy identification where to return truck. UHaul center is in a convenient store. Slow return process. Agent spent 15-20 minutes on committee processing return.
Mark SThe employees had no idea what they were doing and gave me an in-town instead of a one-way truck. This was a total disaster that nobody could figure out how to fix it. This mistake not only cost me significantly more money, but most importantly time as I was forced to return the truck to the pick-up location. Nobody at U-Haul provided any assistance and honestly didn't care enough to help. They just shrugged their shoulders and left me holding the bag. Thanks for nothing.
Robert SPoor customer service at truck return. They also tried to tell me I damaged the truck drivers door and then retracted when I asked them to show me the issue. I will not return to this location again.
BAAYE-TANNE FThe back sliding door to the 20 foot truck was very difficult to open and close because the right side cable was not attached to the mechanism that assists with lifting and lowering the door. Almost without fail U-Haul rents out vehicles and other equipment that has not been inspected and is broken or in need of repair: driver side view mirror that does not hold its position, transporter with broken fender, transporter with under inflated tire, transporter with missing safety chain, transporter with broken suspension, transporter that is not the correct size for vehicle being towed, truck out of alignment, truck whose power wavers and drops out in a radical fashion, transporter braking mechanism that results in trailer slamming into back of truck and on and on.
JOHN AI paid online and set up curbside pickup. I had to go in and redo all and sign paperwork again. They charged my card twice, 2 days in a row. It is a $20 rental and they charged me $70 one day and $85 the next day! I will have to go there and try and figure out what the heck is going on! Not thrilled with Laney,s !!
Michael LThe check engine light was on, power steering was shot, timing belt needs to be replaced, terrible equipment, definitely not safe to drive. Surprised they let us leave the parking lot with it.

Arthur DI was only able to pick up a U-Haul at the third location I went to. It took the person an hour to make the reservation and they cloned it. I lost my moving help because I ran out of time. I appreciate the discount that was given and the customer service, but I won’t be using U-haul again.

Andreza TThe truck was dirty with a few chunks of drywall and a lot of drywall dust. There were charges I was not told about beforehand. Also, they told me $28 for insurance but charged $56. I made sure that the gas gage was exactly in the same spot as when I got it but they still charged me for 2 gallons. I did not call to get these issues resolved because it is so busy inside the convenience store it gives me anxiety I'll take the loss and not go back.

Peter SThis is the worst U-haul location that I used. I reserved the truck 26’. When I came there, it was outside, but the manager of U-haul told me that it wasn’t. I was led in the office on the second floor, where this manager said to me that this truck was not for me. I heard a lot of sh** in my address. This manager tried to push me away from the office, and he would not tell me any reason for rejecting my reservation. I spent about two hours calling in U-haul support, and finally, the reason was that this truck had a Flat tire. Sure, I sent the photos of the truck condition in U-haul support; the car was alright. Long story short, it was the worse experience in the truck service. I hope that this point will be closed. DON’T use this dealer of U-Haul. For U-haul, I am ready to send the video records for proof of my words.

Nora OI paid for a dolly which was not there at pick up time. The gas station where I picked up the key was very confused and took 10 minutes to find the uhaul key.
Erica SFirst I got switched to another uhaul location that was way out of the way, then I had requested contactless and I still needed to go into the location to get my uhaul. Then the agent told me that I needed to pay money to get the uhaul. I informed him that I had prepaid and it was only after I suggested that we call uhaul together that he found my record of paying. He was unprofessional and rude.
RYAN SI have received an additional charge for $34.80 for extra miles, that makes no sense. I am very unhappy with the experience overall, and will not ever use u-haul again.
sheri kWas not explained that I can replace gas I used or will be charged a certain amount. I thought I was paying approx. $35 and was charged double and only drove the uhaul approx. 20 miles.
linda semployee was rude and yelled at me. When truck was checked out the employee said I could pay cash upon return. Afternoon clerk refused to take cash demanded cc. He also refused to check truck in. I had to take a picture of mileage and gas. Employee refused to provide a receipt. truck was returned at 3pm on 9/14. Received call from Uhaul next day asking when I would return truck. Never checked it back in. Poorest service I have ever received from a Uhaul dealer. Will never use again and will not refer anyone to them. They were rude and nasty!
Peter KI had all of my info in the reservation and I did the online check-in. Why did he have to take all of my info again? Was it because the original place i reserved from didn't have the truck? That change was annoying.

DANIELLE FIt took forever to check out. The air conditioner didnt work well and there was no place to charge our phones and the ash tray and inside was dirty.
Thomas PGentleman that checked out tue truck at drop off was less then professional, didn't give me the option of filling the tank 1 point, didnt realize that it wasnt quite at half when i filled it at their gas station. Gave me a rediculous wait time of 10 minutes to print the receipt. It has never taken me that ling to get a receipt at any other location, it was apparent he did not want to give me a receipt.

DEBBIE CI got stuck in the parking lot and was charged 22 dollars for fuel which I had already replenished. I drove forty miles and put six gallons of gas in it. What a scam.

Naomi V$29 to rent a Uhaul but yet not one free mile. I drove from the Uhaul pickup 7.4 miles to my home. loaded truck then went to the storage unit 9.2 then from storage to drop Uhaul off was 11 miles. So then they tried charging me $89 dollars.. I call a ripoff.. Ummm yeah not paying $60 bucks for one trip. Stopping payment.. No way in hell!!! Oh and they had wrong address, waisted gas in my own vehicle looking for the damn place..
Melissa WLearn to speak English! Learn to listen to what the customer needs. I asked for a dolly to be available with the truck. There was none! I asked to have the truck till 5pm. I was put for 3pm. To top it all off the truck had no gas in it. I had to put gas in it before my move. Didnt know how much I was gonna use. Ended up filling the truck and gave it back with a half! Did not get reimbursed for the extra gas I put into the truck! Very displeased.
FELICIA AReservation process was completely unacceptable. Three times my reservation was somehow lost or cancelled. The truck we rented needs to be serviced. The only positive was the employees of the convenient store were friendly
Jennifer SI did express check out but when I showed up it did not matter and stated we do not care as the UHAUL system is not working and we need to take your credit card etc. The whole process took over 40 minutes and was extremely frustrating. They trashed UHAUL website etc. In addition ordered pads and they were not there.
Andrew CThe truck i was supposed to pick up was not at this location but at another down the street, less than 3 miles away. I was not informed of this by the rep although I gave him my confirmation number which he obviously knew because they did not have the size I requested, he told me he had a smaller size for me. All he had to do was send me down the street instead he rented me a smaller truck and no equiptment. The only reason I found this out is because a lady from the correct location called me wondering where I was. At that point I was already frustrated packing my stuff i a truck that was too small with no equipment...And oh yeah, I paid three times because i paid for the other truck on top of the reservation and I had to keep the truck an extra day because I couldn't fit everything in. All because I went to the wrong location...I will say this, If I went to the correct location first I wouldn't have had this "shadyness" happen. They would have sent me down the street.

JEAN BIt's clever for you to solicit feedback on my experience and put all of the accountability on the businesses you contract with. However, my overall UHAUL experience was appalling as it typically is. I have an open complaint and your resolution will be telling.
Jonathan LTrailer was hooked up to a truck I had to go out in the poring rain move the truck and trailer, disconnect the trailer, move the truck, then hook my truck up to it. After all this the computer was not working and he had to call customer support to find out he did not log in the trailer right. What should have been a 15 min transaction turned into a hour long wait to get a trailer for two and a half hours of use. Not pleased!

ROBERT GIt took and incredible amount of time to do the paper work which should have taken minutes. The guy was nice, but there must be something seriously wrong with the system.
John SMy son told me the man that was called from the back of this location was disturbed that my son was dropping off the truck. He just held out his hand for the key without a word. He said they were very rude and ignorant.
robin mThe car had damage on the bumper that I pointed out prior to driving off and the employee told me that I shouldn't worry about it and marked it on the slip attacked to the key. At the drop off I was told that if I hadn't taken the full coverage option then I would have been charged for the damage as it wasn't marked with a sticker to ensure it hasn't happened during the rental. It also took me 20 minutes to pick up the car as they weren't aware how to check me in on the system. The car interior had some sticky liquid all over that hadn't been cleaned!

We waited at least half an hour for our transaction to process-we were already running behind, because we went to the wrong location initially and the transaction was processed and it was not until I read the contract before signing, that I realized that the name was wrong and was then informed that I needed to go to the second location.

James Fit took 30 minutes to process paper work due to slow internet. Also I understood you allow 30 miles. I went 17 over and was charged .99 cents for going 46.3 miles over. I went a total of 46.3 and he charged me for all 46.3 miles. It should of only been a charge for 17 miles over. So I was over charged $29.00. Also I had made a reservation on line last Tuesday 9/5/17 and this location called me Friday and said they had no trucks available. Why would my reservation not be entered and a truck reserved for that morning 9/9/17 at 8 am. I will not rent a Uhaul truck every again. It was only supposed to be $29.95 and ended up being $96.47.
