This location was extremely hard to locate because the address doesn't coincide with the gps map!

it took 30 minutes to process paper work due to slow internet. Also I understood you allow 30 miles. I went 17 over and was charged .99 cents for going 46.3 miles over. I went a total of 46.3 and he charged me for all 46.3 miles. It should of only been a charge for 17 miles over. So I was over charged $29.00. Also I had made a reservation on line last Tuesday 9/5/17 and this location called me Friday and said they had no trucks available. Why would my reservation not be entered and a truck reserved for that morning 9/9/17 at 8 am. I will not rent a Uhaul truck every again. It was only supposed to be $29.95 and ended up being $96.47.
