I didn’t like the fact that I had to put gas in the truck, I could understand put the gas that you used back, but to start out with having to put gas in is insane because moving is trustful enough. (Added Trest)

Valeria HI feel if a truck is 29 minutes late you shouldn't be charge for a day,especially when you has to filled the truck at the location where you rented. Time was consumed waiting for your turn. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Hagos BWas supposed to be open til 7pm but when I arrived at 6:50 pm it was closed. Also, the U-Haul app was difficult to use. It would not recognize the location either because the signal was week or it just didn’t recognize.

Abdirizak MThe truck was under 1/2 a tank. Then charged $8.00 in gas. I only went 22 miles from Hammond to Hammond. Picked up truck in Lansing IL. Dealer should have put gas in. Not happy with this man. Or service.
