This experience has by far been the worst with U-HAUL. The truck was nasty. Debris through out the cab and loading area. The interior cab stunk of cigarettes. I had to take time out of my schedule to clean in and disinfect the vehicle. The contract indicated that I had more gasoline than what was actually in the truck. I complained to the site manager at the Mobile station. He offered no apology or resolution. He blamed the condition of the vehicle on the customers in the community. I was floored. The worst experience of my life. I have been a customer for years and now I may never again use U-HAUL.

I used 6 miles, put $5 in the tank and was charged for 2 miles. This place tried to put insurance on the vehicle when I told them no but I caught it. They don't comprehend English very well.

When I picked up the truck, the location was busy and there was a bit of a language barrier, so I didn’t notice that the station added the $15. I accept the responsibility of not reading the in person contract more carefully and I’m not sure if I will use this vendor for the rest of my move
