The location was fine and the area was clean however this survey provided will not help you get the information required to improve your customer service. There was an issue with your system and the employees were not either trained or equipped to deal with technology concerns. Additionally, CSR’s need to listen customers and make sure they are paying attention to what they are doing. My pick up location was changed without my knowledge which delayed my trip. This was HORRIBLE experience.
