The person at the location was polite and helpful. However, due to U-haul’s management this was an awful experience. This location informed U-haul that they no longer wished to be an U-haul location. U-haul has left their equipment after months of being informed.
Joshua BLocation just went to 24/7 online only process. My 1st time using it. No explanation, no one there to meet at time of pickup. I called 800# listed and staff was great getting me through the process. Don't call the 218 number. Left msg 3 days prior to my pickup and never received a call back.

RICHARD KYour App for mobile pickup and return does not work. Had difficulty picking up and could mot return because app would only let you go so far and stop. Had to wait for location to open to return key.

SHARON BThe wheels on the dollies are absolute garbage. They are way too tiny to be going up and down stairs. All u-haul dollies should have wheels twice the size then what's currently on them.

Robert GI was supposed to get a bigger trailer and pick up at a different. The trailer was not there and the location was not even aware of my reservation. Very frustrating that I had to drive to different locations trying to find a trailer and was on hold for a long time with uhaul. I was able to find a different location that was open but had a way smaller trailer than I needed. Uhaul did give me a $50 refund but a very poor experience overall.

Richard SThe guy who helped us was good. Except he gave our truck to someone else and had to have them come back so we could take it. He said he was going to give us some free miles because of this but still ended up charging us the full amount any way. Truck ran good but disappointed in the price.
