We loved the wonderful lady to at helped us with our rental in Lathrop,ca she was a totally amazing compared to they last time I had a rental in Tracy U-HAUL in the Tracy bowling alley. They charged us $2 a mile and didn’t tell us til we returned the rental. Thank you Lathrop U-HAUL for the great service.

DARWIN FSent to drop off equipment at a closed location, day after I dropped truck off, o got a call from this location telling me I didn’t drop truck of, on top of that I got a charge for 10.93 for who knows what from who knows where, from my knowledge location I dropped truck off at was closed Sunday, Mon and Tuesday, how in the hell I get charged 10 + dollars from the Lathrop location, truck was full, didn’t use any equipment 🤷🏽♀️

ANTONIO TI want a refund for the merchandise I paid for (in advance) but not provided. Instead I was shuffled to three different stores over 45 miles for three hours of delays, $25 & 45 in Uber rides and a short term rental truck another $50 to go to third location!!! Less than very ooor service!! Awful service!!!!

BRENDA VThe U-Haul system was cooperating so the associate completely checked the rental out via his phone. Otherwise we could have wasted more precious time waiting on the system to work. He was very apologetic but in my opinion went above and beyond to get us checked out working around the U-Haul internet interruption. Would recommend this location in a heart beat due to his stellar work ethic.

Jerry WThis location is great. Matt at the front desk is helpful and efficient. I rented a half ton pickup to move my camper and the truck did great. The only issue I had, was when I connected the plug for the lights, the driver brake light didn't work on my camper. It worked with my previous vehicle before I sold it. The camper is new, with LED lights. Granted, I haven't tested my camper, but it worked with the previous vehicle. I would just request the plug be tested on the truck when convenient. Outside of that, this was a great experience.

jose SThe gentlemen that was working the morning of the July 21st 2023, he had a very rude demeanor. Tone and body expressions shows he doesn’t have much customer relations experience.
raelene fThe online process is confusing & not accurate. The attendant is not customer oriented at all. He should get retrained on how to talk to customers. I opted for an online check in to cut the line. I did not see the truck i rented so i went in the office. When i got there, there’s a customer in front of me so i waited. No greeting nor did he tell me to wait since he’s helping a customer. I got a notification that i got approved and so just pick up the truck. So i went outside and went in to look for the truck. The attendant came out saying “hey, what you up to man? Get back out of here”. I told him that i was looking for the truck and so he told me to go back. He helped the lady in front of me and then he helped me with the online process. It felt like i wasnt welcome to come back again and no appreciation of doing business with the the location. Process needs to be reevaluated. Its meant to do the paperwork ahead so when you go to the site, you can self check out the vehicle with you, not have to wait for the attendant to finish everyone else in front of you. And definitely needs to retrain the attendant or look for a customer oriented one.
