The customer service rep Heather was rude and not approachable. I would rather go to Harlan Rd to rent a uhaul than this place again if I needed it.
Daisy CI initially rented the truck for one day, subsequently I needed it for 2 additional days the transaction and the communication was effortless.
Roddy NEverything went perfect, from pickup, the truck itself and drop off. Best Uhaul experience I have ever had.
Scotty STried to charge us for gas, when we brought it back the same. Then tried to charge us an extra day, which was on our contract as a free extra day ( which I confirmed with the original pickup location) she claimed she couldn’t see the contract. She had a bad attitude since she walked out the door, she didn’t even say hello.
