1. Les essuies glaces ne fonctionnent pas, j'ai faillit faire un accident à cause de la pluie 2. Un prélèvement de 60$ de plus a été effectué sur mon compte sans aucune explication 3. j'ai appelé cinq fois et j'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure à chaque fois pour enfin me dire qu'on va me rappeler pour analyser le dossier, mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour 4. La personne qui s'occupe de la location n'est pas du tout gentille, n'explique rien et ne collabore pas

They charged me for wrong drop off location after I talked with tech support because I didn't have a return location assigned. Tried calling 3 times in 2 days and no one answered.

Lave O Max ma donné un excellent service, car lorsque j'avais réservé c'était à cette endroit mais la veille j'ai reçu un message texte me disant que mon camion serait disponible à St-Liboire !!!! J'avais réservé à Sherbrooke et retour à St-Alphonse. Donc à mon arrivée j'avais pas de camion me disant d'aller le chercher à St-Liboire,,, ben voyons donc aucun sens et en plus pas avant 12:30. Je peux vous dire que j'ai eu une déception énorme de U-Haul,,, rien n'était écrit que cela se passerait de cette facon et en plus il a fallu que je retourne le camion au même endroit,,, une perte de $60 d'essence plus mon temps !!! Veuillez respecter nos réservation !!!!

The trailer should have a jack and wheel blocks. As well, the safety chains should have a secure mechanism to attach them to the towing vehicule rather than the rubber which fell off.

J’’ai retourné le véhicule après fermeture du commerce. Le retour des clés s’est fait dans une boîte brisée. C’était très facile de voler les clés dans la boîte qui était brisée. J’ai pris une photo.

I rented a cube only to be told a few days before that the cube was not available. They therefore lent me a smaller truck where I had to do three trips instead of only 1 with my bigger cube ... and now I am invoiced for the additional km taken. I don't see how this extra billing is normal.

On m'avait donné une soumission en vertu des km que j'allais parcourir et que je pouvais récuperer le véhicule a partir de 8 h 30 le samedi matin et que je pouvais ramener dans la journée même pour éviter des frais. Donc j'ai récupérer la clé dans une boite électronique. Personne sur place à 8 h 30 donc je prends photos du véhicule. Essence à zéro et le contrat dit de remettre (essence) comme lorsqu'on l'a récupéré, essayez de calculer combien mettre en essence et surveiller continuellement le gage à essence pour ne pas trop en mettre, donc vraiment désagréable. Normalement l'essence devrait être full et on remet full, plus facile à gérer pour le client. Autres points: camion intérieur vraiment WARK, gomme collé, sale partout. On a rapporté à 14 h 45 pm, sur facture extra de 20$ et disent que j'ai ramené à 20 h 30 ce qui est faux, j'ai appelé et on m'a répondu nos portes le samedi ferme à midi, l'affiche est sur la porte. Lisez votre contrat, bizarre plusieurs détails importants non pas été nommé correctement. Donc plus jamais avec cette compagnie

U-Haul in general have been a major pain in the ass to deal with. They downgraded us multiple times amd booked us on the wrong date so we ended up having to use a van instead of a cube truck like we were supposed to. Their Communication was confusing and unclear. When we went to pick up the van, it was dirty. The cabin was caked in dust, the seats were full of dirt and there was trash. I had to clean the steering wheel because it was sticky and gross. Plus, the place where we picked it up smelled like old weed and the key dropoff case was busted.

Le camion a besoin de réparation. Il doit absolument avoir un enlignement et un balancement des pneus et une vérification en général. Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité tout au de ma route. C'est un bon véhicule mais il a besoin de suivit. Merci

Parfait la dame a un service à la clientèle parfait. Rien à dire là-dessus c' est juste que le camion n' était pas très propre, il était un peu sale et il était vide. J' ai passé un petit coup de balai pareil. Je l' ai ramené vide comme il était à mon départ.Mais le service à la clientèle est top. J' y retournerai certainement. Marie-Jésus Mulimbi

Mettre les camion en ordre la conduit était vraiment très dangereuse il pourrait vers le gauche a fallu le tenir vraiment a deux main sinon .... et le volant était pas droite pour rouler a droite il fallait le metre a 35 degre j avais vraiment mal au pouce et la vitre avant a l interieur a été laver avec un lave vite exterieur et lave vite vide j ais vraiment mauvais moi j aurais jamais louez ce camion a un client prochaine fois j avais appeler a un autre endroit plus accessible et plus propre

Tout parce que tous étaient mauvais!!! Camion en mauvais etat, lumière avant brûlé, l'interieur sale, Freins mauvais surtout avec une grande charge et les pneus avec aucune aderance. Mauvaise indication sur la facture du niveau d'essence. Mensonge de sur le paiement nous dit qu'il y a un depôt lorsque c'est pas le cas!!! Nous fait une nouvelle facture y nous ajoute des choses incoherente. Atteinte contre la vie humaine avec les camions en mauvaise conditions.

On m’a laissé des couvertures sales dans le fond du camion sans me les charger et à mon retour on me les a facturé alors qu’elle était deguelasse. Le diable a l’intérieur que j’ai payé n’était pas fonctionnel, le prix que uhaul m’a donner versus le prix que j’ai payé était complètement différent j’ai payé beaucoup plus cher que prévu.

No winter tire on the truck, juste 4 seasons tires not approved. I got stuck on the road because of those crapet tires. It cost more than they told me it would. Also I put the same amount of gas that was in the truck before I took it and they charged me 15$ of gas at the end. The girl told me it was gonna cost 140$ max and it costed 220.. All this situation is disapointening.

The van was completely empty of gas. This would be because Uhaul asks licensees not to fill up between customers. The customer service was really poor at the Lave-O-Max in Sherbrooke. The lady at the reception took a personal call on speakerphone in front of us before even offering us any service (we were the only customers in the building). The vans are very poorly maintained: non-functional heating, dirty windows so you can't see anything through them, non-adjustable mirrors, etc.

We spend more than an hour not being able to do the process of picking up the truck either through the website or the app. The agent on the phone tried to help at her best but it kept bugging. Turns out that the french version of the website/app doesn't work, when switching to english as a last attempt, we could finally move forward. This cost us the opportunity to pick up an item that was supposed to be sold to us but not available anymore after the delay.
