Reservation at 1030am did not get til 130pm. I had movers hired by the hour Uhal cost me $600 before truck was even rented. Rep at store says he has nothing to do with truck lateness call customer service who never answered I called several times on hold for hours. I am not happy at all. Do yourself a favor pay for movers who have their own truck. Worse experience I have had in a long time. A lot of $$$$ lost.

We ordered 4 dozen blankets to be included in the truck and they weren't there. Nobody was on on site or answered the phone. Finally when we spoke to Uhaul they told us we had to go pick them up at another location, which we didn't have time for. Very disappointed.

I have used this location for the last 5 years on Labor day weekend for transporting merchandise for our annual jazz festival. They have always been courteous, friendly, timely and most of all reliable. I appreciate the service that we receive and will continue to use them in the future.
