He was extremely friendly and already knew of a problem I had before I arrived. He took care of my issues and got my money refunded for a dolly that I did not order and the blankets that were not available when I picked up the trailer.

Well, for one have parking places for your customers don’t have them park at a convenience store across the street, the truck was in really bad shape. Transmission was acting funny tire pressure gauge was on, but the man already told me about that. He actually said that U-Haul doesn’t like to maintain things like that. Just not a very good experience. Overall placed didn’t even look like it was open looked like a rundown service station
Brad DVery unkept location. Looked like something from hoarders. The guy that assisted me was friendly but went a bit too far. I asked if the truck came with a lock, he said if I gave him some “sweet talk” he would give one to me. The truck itself was in good shape and I had no issues with it on my trip. Just the pickup experience could have been better.

teddy wTerrible conditions of the store. Supposedly the warehouse has an open schedule but there is never anyone you have to call a number that is at the door and wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive to deliver the trailer
