Everything went fine. I picked up a truck, used it and brought it back. I feel I paid a fair price. Pretty much as expected.

Please improve the app, I wasted so much time trying to turn truck in. It seemed to have taken me 20 mins to check in. There has to be a quicker process. The service on the app is so bad when at the site.

Don't have the customer provide more pictures afterwards, do it before when they are taking pictures of the speedometer and fuel tank. Very misleading to think you are done and about to finalize your payment when you have more things to submit
Alexia WI had a Sunday drop off and the location was closed. When I rented the truck in San Antonio this location appeared on map and read open on Sundays. The San Antonio rep and selected it for that reason and it was the closer return location available. Very disappointed that it was closed and the drop box had no information/instructions. No one to call for help!

MANOJ KMy uhaul experience is very bad, first in online i have booked uhaul in 8600 n macarthur blvd #160 75063, after visiting store i was told my booking is not there and store owner was very rude mentioning i shouldn’t be coming to store without calling customer service though i have booked online. If that is the case why there is online booking process. He was not even concerned about customer experience why uhaul gives dealership to such people who is not even cared about customer. Then after calling customer service i was told to go to different location i have took the available truck as there is no other choice of my urgency and the truck was smelling very bad seats are covered with kind of dog hair which is very itchy.
LINGA RTerrible service, trucks mirror would not shift into place. Shifting was really bad. Pickup was even worse. Their WiFi was out and had to wait 20 minutes for paying $600. He didn’t know where the truck was, on the other side of the lot a block away. Awful
luke bPassenger side morror is loose and kept moving making it difficult to use that more or see out if it. The back wheel well is full of brake dust which mean it may need new beakes

BREANA ARemember to tell the renter the code to the lock on the back of truck. It took me calling and waiting 1 hour until the code was given. That was frustrating. Didn’t know locks are out on back. The code should have been out on the rental receipt
