The mobile experience was horrible. There was no way to order additional items to help With the move at this location. The cell service in the area was poor. It took 20 mins standing in 100+ weather in a parking lot to wait for pictures to load. I will never do mobile pick up. Why ask to take pictures of the odometer and fuel when you already can see it. F**king ridiculous .

There were no people at this location and information I had been sent was insufficient to complete the return. I had to call uhaul. Customer service was able to walk me thru return but it was cumbersome and time consuming to take all the pics required etc
Susan KThe drop off area is clean, but it’s not in a great part of town and definitely wasn’t inviting. Wouldn’t really want to bring a family to that drop off location.
Collens WI do not like the unattended pickup process.
