We cleaned the U- Haul out real good , swept it and everything. We didn’t use all our miles and returned it early and they wouldn’t reimburse us anything at all. We returned it on Thursday afternoon. Not cool U-Haul. I was very upset about the way the Brownwood U- Haul place did business with us. And I thought Texans were supposed to be friendly.

The office was so filthy, computer was so old and slow. Printer took forever to print - old. The owner was older elderly man who could barely get around.

Excellent service....won't go anywhere else after using this one. Had a slow and confusing experience at another location in Brownwood and a terrible experience with Uhaul in Coleman.

Pickup location and the gentleman who helped us was great to work with. As for U haul they were terrible we were supposed to pick up our unit that we reserved over a week ago early. Hot to the facility in Coleman and the unit wasn’t there. So had to drive to Brownwood to get a unit from there.

While Mr. Leach was personable and accommodating, his "office" was a cluttered, dusty small shack no larger than a walk-in closet. It was a fire hazard with so many power strips plugged into other power strips. Due to the small size of the location/lot, the trailers and trucks were positioned where they could fit best, though not in any order. The U-Haul truck worked great over the several days we used it to transport my mother-in-law's household items from west Texas to just outside of Austin.

Mr. Leach is always very cheerful and helpful. I've been using same location for over 20 yrs and his demeanor has never changed. I call in advance and he always has the equipment ready, with a big smile on his face.

Ordered a trailer online to pick up in Brownwood and drop off in Odessa. The location in Brownwood (Da Shop) was locked up and no one was there. Had to call Uhaul to find another location in Brownwood. The second pick up location did a good job.

The windshield was completely caked with bugs. I could barely see out of it. The truck was quite rugged and filthy. The truck ran very rough. The man working there was pleasant enough. But the truck was just filthy inside and out and smelled very badly. I'm glad I am not allergic to cigarettes smoke because it smelled of it very badly.
