Lehi Infoor Storage is an Authorized UHAUL distributor, but has no sense whatsoever of customer satisfaction and refused to make any accomodation related to equipment malfunction. "Oh well, too bad, Talk tot he Hand!" is how they handled the equipment malfunction. There's too much competition in today's marketplace to not take care of customers.

Emily EThis is not a critique of this site but of uhual broadly. The pricing is misleading as it excludes required costs associated with mileage, fuel, taxes and fees. A $19.95 ten foot truck is really a $75+ expense. And that's not including costs associated with 5 pages of upsells and addons, many of which are preselected and have to be unchecked or removed from the cart. It feels deceptive and misleading

Ronald SThe only problem we had was that the ramp would not pull out all the way, for the 2 prongs to hook into the bumper. It made a 2" high bump when we had to pull heavy things up the ramp and over the bump onto the floor of the cargo area. Everything else went well. Gas mileage was only 5.5 mpg! I was glad I only drove 39 miles... I am satisfied.

I’m just not happy that I booked my rental weeks in advance only to be told with less than 48 hours notice that I had to pick up my truck over 30 minutes away from my home. I was also told those extra miles would be waived but I do not believe they were and I had to pay extra.
Sam RThe truck itself was clean, but very old and very worn internally and externally, which isn't the fault of the location, by any means. It made a funny noises while driving -accelerating - (but I don't drive big trucks, so it could have been normal). Both Julie and Madeline (Maddie) were SO friendly and helpful, and answered every question I had. They were prompt and professional, but also very warm and welcoming. They explained the whole process extremely well and I would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to friends! (Also, your Google search results for this location are inaccurate! Thankfully I had the paperwork to use as a phone number, because the direct Google results and website for this location are wrong).

In my haste of picking up the truck I had accidentally forgotten to grab the utility dolly I had rented. While my back hates me for making that mistake the staff were super understanding and simply removed the charge without and issues. Great job all around and thank you so much!

James BLehi Indoor Storage is AMAZING!!! I have used Ride Out Motor for years and am disappointed, frustrated, angry...everytime and they made me believe its a uhaul thing. This location had fantastic customer service, amazing communication, and restored my faith in uhaul. Please take away the privilege of hosting uhaul from Ride Out Motors and allow another company that privilege!!

Alex TGet the U-Haul ready for the customer. They just handed me the key and I had to go out in the yard to get it. It was cold, there was snow on it I had to scrape off and the fuel level had to be updated.

Danielle MThis location is easily my favorite in Utah so far and I've used at least 8 in the last five years. The locations convenience is a big hit but that wasn't the best part. There was a little delay on pickup because there was an inventory check when I arrived. Less than five minutes but the apology was like I was waiting for 30. Fantastic customer support by this staff and will absolutely be using this location again. Probably within the next year.

Tim YThe app made me retake the return pictures 6 or 7 different times. It was frustrating spending 20 minutes to get the pictures submitted during my rental return.
AUSTIN TCheck in was easy and staff were nice. The only issue i had was my trailer was parked in this soft sand on the other side across from the other trailers. It made it nerve wracking that i was going to get stuck and pretty difficult to maneuver the trailer into position to connect. I would recommend not using that side.

Juan LUsing the app was very difficult. It was possibly due to poor cell phone coverage but I've been able to use other applications from this location just fine. And the app seemed to work just fine except in 1 or 2 sections. The app went in a never ending loop attempting to upload the pictures.

Paul HThey let me drop of both the truck and auto transport with no additional fee, which was helpful since the truck was originally supposed to be dropped off somewhere else. They had me back the auto transport into a spot, and I unhitched it myself. It would have been nice having help with this since this was my first time using a Uhaul truck, and I used YouTube to make sure I did the right steps.

Andrew HStaff is great. Service is exemplary. Counter staff remembered us from prior visit by name with personal details. They made us feel welcome and gave great service. The whole facility is clean and well maintained, and seems very secure. We feel very good about leaving our possessions there during our move.
Lori SThe drop off was good and this location was nice. However I was told that they do not allow early drop off for one way which was not explained to us. Also the original location said they would give us a day free for not have the trailer which made us drive out our way to another location. I also had the worst experience of my life with your Trak calling center or whatever you call it. This lady was beyond rude. Blamed me and stated that everything that happened was my fault. Because of this I will never be renting from uhaul again and will not advise any of my friends as well. Again this is not for this location but for your the customer service or lack there of I got when calling your main line.
