The trailer I rented was very old with rusted wheels and lug nuts and multiple dents with faded paint. I was very concerned about making a 1200-mile trip with the condition of the trailer. The condition of the tires and wheels was my greatest concern as the tires looked very worn with uneven wear and showed signs of belt separation. The personnel renting the trailer said there it is take it or leave it. They offered no assistance with connecting the trailer, inspection, or even carrying out the furniture pads. I would not rent from this "Neighborhood U-Haul / Storage facility" again.
