The woman at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped me out and made sure that I had the keys, the paper with the code, everything. But the rental company says there are no hidden fees and then slaps the shit out of you with them. My rental was priced 44.50 then when I got the receipt it was 81.88. They charged me for gas (which was still well within the line of where they wanted it). And then charged waaay more for mileage then I thought. Part of it was negligence on my part. But there was a lot the Service didn’t tell me about. Take pictures of EVERYTHING (mileage, vehicle, etc) cover your asses from the hidden fees

Uhaul sent me to leave a truck here and a trailer at another place 1.5 miles away. Huge inconvenience when hauling a trailer. She didn’t help me find a way to drop both in once spot

We had a tow tailor and the woman who was there didn't know how to set it up. She told me that my van needed to be in neutral, which it did not. All that did was drain my battery. She was very nice, and it wasn't her fault that she was never taught how to do it. We also had to go a longer way there, so we could see family before we moved across country. We weren't allotted enough mileage and paid $90 more for over miles.

I don’t think you can. Anna and Madeline were the best. So willing to help and assist us with our needs. We were so glad they had a lock we could buy. It was great to see they were so busy yet they cheerfully greeted us and when it was our turn gave us the best personal care!

After driving the truck a few miles from my home, the oil light came on and off. Later, it happened again, and my son-in-law purchased 5 quarts of oil and brought it to me. We had to put in all five quarts of oil. Why would they allow a truck to leave the lot so low in oil. Also, there was something (ipods) from the last renter still in the cab. I told the location about the oil problem, but they would not cover our oil purchase because I did not have the receipt. I was not pleased with this service. I have purchased from this location two other times, and this was the first poor experience.

I am so satisfied! I used a van to move and the van was in perfect condition clean low miles on it practically brand new. I had it 24 hours and returned it on time and gassed up. The ladies in the office at Lehi location are Awesome they know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers. Recommend 1000 %. Thank you!

The pick up process itself was great, although there were some delays. One of the staff members was amazing and extremely helpful, but the other one seemed like she was having a bit of a bad day. She was not very helpful and replied with “…obviously…” when I asked how to connect the towing trailer to the U-Haul. I wish she was a little more patient, but overall it was ok.

When I was returning the truck after hours, I was not given a code to the gate I was told to park behind. I kept looking for it and called the 24 hour service but it was going to be a 20 to 30 minute wait. Everything but the drop off was great though!

Make sure the windshields are clean and that the wipers are not in need of replacement. Also, why am i filling out a ton of information online when I make a reservation only to have to stand in line to wait while that same crap is entered by the representative?

It was really hard to check out the moving truck on our mobile as my husband was having issues with service. It took us 45 mins to finally get the truck, which was taxing and frustrating for us both. It was the worst check-out experience for a moving truck and we’ve rented quite a few over the years. We had people waiting at our house to help us move and it just made it even more frustrating and nerve-racking being so late to get back there. We thought it would be pretty easy and seamless and it was not! I will never again rent a truck without someone at the location to do it. I don’t think it was the locations fault, but the whole Uhaul online experience and trying to chat with someone and get help didn’t work either.

The floor of the van was very dirty and cause black marks on all the boxes touching the bottom. But the employee was very kind and clear.

Not as good as the oceanside, but nice. We thought they were going to undo the straps on the car before we drove it off the trailer and they didn't. It was a challenge for us, but we got it done. The storage situation is wonderful.

One of the locks to get the keys to one of my trucks I rented was not easy to open, so maybe checking the lock that was on lock box #2 to make sure it opens easily. But overall we had a great experience. Thank you

Our experience renting a Uhaul from this location was so easy! The process was simple and we were able to get everything picked up in good time and didn't have any issues using it throughout the day. I'd say my only complaints/frustrations were that 1) I was expecting someone to call me the night before to confirm the pickup location and time and no one did and 2) the price I was given on line was not the same as what I ended up being charged with by almost $80, it would have been appreciated to have more transparency on the pricing up front but aside from that the experience was great and I'd still recommend the service to anyone who is moving.

I drove a 15ft truck with a trailer to tow my Jeep. In Meridian, Idaho, the girl helped me load my Jeep and she attached the chains and tire straps. She showed me how to tighten everything down every time I stopped. She explained everything in great detail and it was amazing. As a female driving to another state alone, I really appreciated it. When I got to Lehi, Utah, I asked for help to get my Jeep off the trailer and the girl at the front desk said they don't offer those types of services. I walked away from Lehi Uhaul with a ton of scrapes and bruises because nobody would help me with your equipment. Very poor service.

I was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at Auto Pilot, 90 N 600 W, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have any of the 5' X 8' trailers for a one-way trip. The attendant set up my rental to pick one up at the Lehi store. The attendant there was great. This is the second time I have been bamboozled when renting a U-Haul trailer. The last time I rented in CA and was forced to bring the trailer back to CA in order to get a trailer for my trip. If I had an alternative company to rent a trailer I would use them over U-Haul. The shenanigans are unacceptable.

Good morning! The service at the store is wonderful, the staff friendly and courteous. However, the vehicles need maintenance. The van I rented is dirty inside, and I requested an oil change. We must take precautions and keep the vehicles in good condition. Thank you.

Made a reservation for a truck a week and a half in advance. Gave me 2 days 157miles. When I got there to pick it up its was a different one. And my miles had been changed to 67 miles. I called multiple people who always told me to call someone else. After dropping off the truck. I hadn't even used 130 miles. I reported the unexplained mile change. They told me someone would call me. No one did and they charged me for the extra miles. I called again. They and they confirmed that I originally had 2 days and 157 miles and told me again. That someone would call me. And they never did.

The gas gauge was not working properly so I ended up paying twice as much in gas. I will not be using Uhaul or recommending it to anyone. Roy Bosch 801-369-5375
