Not related to the location but your app really needs stability. It doesn't hold the session and at some point it was not showing me my reservation at all. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the uhaul app

LOUIE RI was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at Auto Pilot, 90 N 600 W, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not have any of the 5' X 8' trailers for a one-way trip. The attendant set up my rental to pick one up at the Lehi store. The attendant there was great. This is the second time I have been bamboozled when renting a U-Haul trailer. The last time I rented in CA and was forced to bring the trailer back to CA in order to get a trailer for my trip. If I had an alternative company to rent a trailer I would use them over U-Haul. The shenanigans are unacceptable.
CRAIG MGood morning! The service at the store is wonderful, the staff friendly and courteous. However, the vehicles need maintenance. The van I rented is dirty inside, and I requested an oil change. We must take precautions and keep the vehicles in good condition. Thank you.
LEONARDO SMade a reservation for a truck a week and a half in advance. Gave me 2 days 157miles. When I got there to pick it up its was a different one. And my miles had been changed to 67 miles. I called multiple people who always told me to call someone else. After dropping off the truck. I hadn't even used 130 miles. I reported the unexplained mile change. They told me someone would call me. No one did and they charged me for the extra miles. I called again. They and they confirmed that I originally had 2 days and 157 miles and told me again. That someone would call me. And they never did.

LEONARDO SArrived at location. Person behind desk was not friendly or courteous. Just sat on her rear. Gave me the key and read off the truck number and said it was behind the building. I asked if the dolly I ordered was in the truck. She said no dolly was in the order. She added it and pointed to a dolly and said to take it. Definitely not a positive experience. The truck drove and handled better than the previous one. The turn in at Pocatello was excellent with real customer service.

LEONARDO SI arrived when it was snowing/raining and the person beyond the counter was friendly, but just gave me a code and told me to find the truck behind the store. No instructions on operation or anything else. I drove the truck and it was a 'dog', no power, I felt every (and I mean every) bump in the road.

Floyd CThe outside of the truck was dirty but that's understandable with the recent rain however, the inside was filthy, two of the tires were very low on pressure so I added air and there was not windshild wiper fluid and the windows were very dirty. I did stop at a gas station to try and clean the windows so I could see to drive but I feel that wiper fluid should have been available.
CARRIENE PI didn't pick up from there, I dropped off. They did their job, received the truck checked me out despite the system being down. They were kind, courteous, and quick. My comment about not being clean refers to how I received the truck in Utah. The bed was dirty, hadn't been swept out. The ladies who handled my transactions in Utah were pleasant, courteous, and good natured, all you would expect. But why I was given a dirty truck bed IDK. I have been using U-Haul for decades and this is the first time this has happened. I am a hard grader. You do your job, that's average, IMO. I don't grade 5 stars for just doing your job. The drop off was above average IMO. I know I have used them once or twice before. I was in and out quickly, despite their system being down.
CHARLES DPlease be transparent. I called because I was returning the uhaul a couple hours later than planned. Nobody told me I would be paying a whole extra day. I'm fine with paying more but I would have kept the uhaul overnight to finish moving.

Jim YWhen I got there, I had to take the truck through the gate to go find the tow dolly. The tow dolly was blocked when so I had to move it by hand to put it in a position to hitch to the U-Haul. I hooked it up to the U-Haul without any help in poor lighting. I then had no help putting the car on the tow dolly. After driving, I found the tires on the tow dolly were low and had to make an extra stop on my trip to fill up the tires.
AUSTIN HDo whatever you can to keep the staff. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. They went out of their way to help me look at every option.
Master CInterior needed a little vacuum and spray down but overall a great experience. Both the ladies the work at this location are nice, friendly, and helpful!
