I had several blankets reserved and someone from U-Haul came to this location picked up several things, including the blankets I needed and left. The guy that was working there was not informed just watched him come and go.

I got charged $85 the following Monday 3/30/26 for gas even though I filled the truck up to full completely. Still waiting for my money back, when I called he said he might have accidentally did the wrong one for me since he is not the normal person who does it

I only rented for one day, but was charged for 2. Called the place I rented from and contacted uhaul. The place I rented from said they were going to call main office. I have not heard back from him nor have I got a reply back from uhaul. So got charged double of what I used the trailer for. Also the check does not work at this location on the app. It says his location is up the road and won’t let you go past that step.
