Trailer very worn and the interior had black dust that rubbed off on blankets and furnished covers. It pulled very well.

Thomas BI received a call from corporate (?) The day of pick up saying I had reserved the day prior and asking why I hadn't picked up. She had her information confused.She was VERY rude. If this ever happens again I will never use U haul again. I rent regularly
Patricia BI dropped the truck off after hours two days early. I tried to download the app and use the browser to assist with the drop off, and neither worked well. I contacted customer service the next day to verify I actually did everything correctly. I never heard from the drop off location that they received the truck or the key. I had to wait several days to finally get a receipt from UHaul.
