I dropped the truck off after hours two days early. I tried to download the app and use the browser to assist with the drop off, and neither worked well. I contacted customer service the next day to verify I actually did everything correctly. I never heard from the drop off location that they received the truck or the key. I had to wait several days to finally get a receipt from UHaul.
