The woman at this location was very nice and very helpful and none of my comments are about her/the location. Your policy to have customers spent time taking photos and uploading them to your site is ridiculous. There was almost no cell service at this location and doing that was impossible and VERY time consuming. I would implore you to come up with a better system!

Michael MI was confused and shocked to find out there wasn't an actual person to assist with my check out. I couldn't easily figure out how to secure the keys. The instructions were not clear and very difficult to follow, which made my pick up late. I will NEVER use this location again. I was extremely disappointed. This was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
Adella CPut employees in buildings. This process takes a bad situation and makes it worse.. the app didn’t work! Thought I had a truck reserved twice.. then had to call someone. Took 30 minutes over the phone.. very stressful.

Brandon SAfter hours drop so I spoke to no personnel. But I dropped at dark in the rain. I saw no clear signage directing from lot to key drop. The worst part of experience is really the app part of the drop... after standing and taking all pics demanded, the app froze and asked me to start over. Improve your technology and lessen the demand on customer to simply move on after moving things all day.

Charles LThe drop off was sketchy! It was not well lit, there was no direction of where to park the truck after hours, it was not a traditional uhaul so it was hard to spot, and there was a person going through trash on the side of the building! Returning the truck felt like a back yard deal which I will never do again!
COLLEEN DMix up I made a reservation to pick up the truck at 10:00 on Saturday morning. When I arrived at the location they had no info that I had reserved a truck. As luck would have it they happened to have an extra truck ( 15 foot but I had reserved a 10 foot). I don’t understand how I had a conformation number for a 10 foot truck to be picked up at 10.00 yet they had no info of my reservation. I made the reservation on my mobile app about a week prior and received a confirmation e-mail. It is only by chance they happened to have a spare vehicle.
CRAIG LWhen arriving at the location it was not clear if the business was open. If we hadn’t gotten out of the car and actually looked through the metal gates on the door and seen someone and bang on the door we would have had to go to another location. It seems it was like that due to the area and unhomed in the area. Just be more visible and at minimum if you are going to have door locked have an open sign that lights up you can see from the road.

Cody SI loved my whole experience with this company. Ms. Toni is so beautiful. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valuable customer. The truck was perfect, very clean, and I didn’t have any trouble at all. I definitely will be renting from them again.

Douglas GIt had barred up windows and door. No place to ring or call for help. Just had to wait and hope someone would come help me. Then couldn’t get a printed version of my contract since they didn’t have ink
Shane MParking was limited to enter the building; mud was on the truck floor mats, a window knob was missing on the driver side of the door. Service was professional, attitude was great! I would use this location again! Truck cabin was very clean!
