The renovation on their building have been stagnant for some time now, leaving them in the half-a-shipping container office without proper A/C for the worker. Despite the conditions, Toni goes above and beyond to help and care for the customers. She works with her people to insure they have the best experience and have all that they need.

After hours drop off — dark and limited lighting in questionable neighborhood — felt unsafe
