Location was fine. I was disappointed I had to go all the way to Spencer when I requested a pickup in Brookfield. I also find it hard to get in and out of the parking lot on Route 9 at this specific location.

The location was conveniently located but closed so I had to utilize the app, which stopped working right after I took all images of the truck but before I could confirm the location.

I can never get the app to work for me when picking up the vehicle. It says it can't find the location, yet all the other apps I have find me without issue. I have to use the website to check out. The app also has communication issues when returning the vehicle but eventually goes through. The location and availability are fantastic, but your app bottle necks everything.

Place is by the road so easy to spot. my only concern was I live in Worcester and had to drive all the way to Spencer. That being said, I am sure those around the area will be very happy its close by on the main street

The couple that run Letendres uhaul are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable- it’s a great experience every time we use them for uhaul rental. Highly recommend!

The truck was dirty in the cab and in the back and they took out $44 which should have only taken out $20 for gas

The app needs a little updating. When I went to pick up the truck, the app couldn't find my location. I was forced to use the website, which defeats the purpose of having an app. In addition, while using the app to return the truck, every time I turned the phone from landscape to portrait, the process would reset. This made taking good pictures of the vehicle difficult. Otherwise, the app and website made things easy.

The vehicle was clean, but not well maintained; there is something wrong with the alignment, or there’s something wrong with the tires. (You should change your survey and should not ask compound questions like that.) The people who run the location in Spencer are very nice and very helpful. A breath of fresh air. Your company’s return procedure is ridiculously time consuming. Finally, the amount you charge per mile is absurd. $500 just to drive up to Southern New Hampshire and back? Ridiculous.

Interior of vehicle was dirty especially the middle console and dash was dusty. This location is usually good and vehicles are mostly clean so I believe that this was an 1 of 10 experience because every other time I rented from there, vehicles were in great shape and clean.

The guys sent from Turbo movers were phenomenal. On the day I planned to move, my brother was in an accident at 2 am that day and hospitalized. My family went to be by his side. As usual, plans fall through with moving help. So I had no choice but to find help at 6 am that same day. I went to uhaul.com. Looked for a company to help me move that day. Turbo Movers sent me two guys to help that day. They went above and beyond support. We were able to get everything of mine moved into my place in less time than I booked them for. Thank you Uhaul and Turbo Movers for the support. Also, my brother is home now, recovering.

The woman at Letenders is rude and not customer friendly. We were charged for the dolly which we never used. We filled the gas tank yet it was only at 7/8 she won’t refund us. Didn’t inform us NOT to go past 7/8. The app gave us major trouble. It took an hour just to access the keys to pickup the truck. Overall horrible experience with U-Haul and this location.
