How U-Haul Reviews WorkTerry was extremely helpful every step of the way from start to finish! Excellent excellent customer service and great products and choices of supplies. However on the website, the box order could not be changed to zero. Every time I put in zero, when I move to the next item it went back to a different number. So Teri had to manually cancel it and we did get a refund. But your website person might want to check into that glitch Thanks again! , a grateful and satisfied customer

LLOYD AEverything was good and i old rent there again, I just had one question. My son put gas in it before we dropped it off so it was back where it was when we took it but I was charged 12 oo for gas. Just wondering if it will be adjusted. Thank you.
