I had to wait a little longer to get out of the yard due to a miscommunication, but the staff was very friendly and apologetic. It is easy to see that this was a rare occurrence and I would not hesitate to use this location again.

They forgot the appliance dolly. I had to return to the rental place to pick it up and was told that they would give me a credit for the inconvenience. Also they are only open until noon on Saturday so, it was $20 extra because I returned it after they closed.

It was u hauls web site that doesn't work and caused a lot of confusion and bad feelings. I didn't answer the first question because the dealer worked great but u haul did not.

Everyone at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. Picking it up and returning it went smoothly and quickly. We were back on the road in a short amount of time. One thing that could be improved upon is to add a pull-out ramp so you could roll heavier onto the floor easily and then slide it to the front.

Was told that I was going to have to go to another location to get a truck almost an hour away. If I wouldn’t have been persistent about getting a truck from this location I felt they wouldn’t have done more to help.

The truck cab had crumpled potato chips on the floor and between the seats. Overall interior was not very clean. Dirty windows, inside and out.

The person that had the truck did not return it on time costing me over two hours the days of my move. It also inconvenienced those that were helping me move. Late returns should be penalized with the penalty funds going to the person waiting on the truck or trailer.

The drop off location worked well for me. When I got there a gentleman was quick to help me check in my equipment and I never even had to go inside the building. I received great service from U-Haul and I thank them.

I had a terrible experience with this app. None of its features worked. Despite arriving early for my 6:00pm pick-up at 5:50pm, I couldn't proceed past the location confirmation. The app kept insisting I was in the wrong place, despite following its own directions (which I've used successfully before without the app). I tried everything: restarting my phone, resetting location permissions, but nothing helped. Customer service was unreachable despite promises of a 5-10 minute wait; I waited 20 minutes with no response. Fortunately, a late-working staff member helped me out.This was a whole other process, as the computer system did not work and kept showing up as my van being reserved by someone else. The worker was extremely nice and helped and finally after getting yet another person on the phone, I was handed my truck keys at 7:10 pm. However, on the app, it stated that I was able to drop the truck off at another location instead of driving it all the way back to the original pick up location, and the new contract I had to sign (AKA the only one that finally worked) states that I have to drop it off at the original location with a full tank of gas. This is unacceptable, I will never be using u-haul again.

There was some level of miscommunication, poor organization, lack of concern or some other failing. I had a scheduled reservation to pick up a truck outside of business hours. When I arrived however the app told me there was no truck assigned to my reservation. After a quick call I was informed a truck had been assigned, but then hung up on before it could be confirmed. Turned out the truck they had now assigned was locked behind the fence and not accessible to me. After more calls to U-Haul, the solutions were to wait until they opened or go to another location. Meanwhile I was standing in front of 3 or 4 trucks just taunting me while my morning slowly wasted away. It was around this time my father reached out to a friend, a regional manager of U-Haul. I genuinely believe if I hadn’t been fortunate enough to have that connection it would have been several more hours of wasted time before i could’ve begun to move on that day.

I put in over 5 gallons of gas to fill up a purportedly full tank, when I only drove 13 miles total. When I brought it up with the store, they said that they'd follow up with UHaul about compensation for the overpayment but I never heard back.

The truck they gave me was on empty. I called them told them it was on empty. So I wasn't going to return it with a full tank they still charged my credit card. Rent your truck somewhere else.

This is not related to the pickup site - the truck we received had a leak in the “box” and soaked some of our belongings. The Lewisburg pickup location was wonderful and very professional.

Hard times at checkin with people waiting to help load. This was because of a cray company policy about Driver Licenses. Delayed my departure by almost an hour and left folks waiting in tge rain. Online service interactions seem to be this way far to often. I made numerous calls prior to pickbup to prevent this and no one at cirpoate informed me of this idiotic policy!

This facility didn't have any signage reference indicating their drop off area. That would have directed me there instead of having to park and walk into the facility only to be asked to drive to another area.

This was a wonderful experience! The staff at Lewisburg Builders were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We heard negative things about another local supplier and chose Lewisburg Builders because we know them and their reputation excels. We will definitely pass the good word! Thank you everyone!

No idea why I couldn’t get the option to park it 13 miles closer. Even had to pay for 10 extra miles because of this. Stupid

The check in/out process is very slow and cumbersome. The UHAUL software or the stores computer seems "buggy". I'd like to be able to do my reservation online and spend less than 5 minutes in the store to pick up or return the equipment. Process needs streamlined.

The app for self pickup is not user friendly at all. It took 45 minutes to pick up the truck and to drop off the truck if the app was used. This was not a location pick up problem but a Uhaul company problem. The process to rent a vehicle needs to be more user friendly as I wasted most of the time I was to have the Uhaul with trying to use the app to pick it up.

Everything was good, but I have a complaint/concerns about your new 5x8 cargo trailers with the ramp. I previously rented one of your new trailers. It's a good idea to put anti-skid material on the ramp, but it was only half engineered. It's great when it's dry out, but when it rains, it's like a sheet of ice. I went on my ass instantly. I ended up stepping into the trailer by way of one of the back corners. Fortunately, I didn't break anything. You need to re-evaluate this anti-skid material & use the type that is used in bathtubs & shower units. Your current anti-skid material is going to get you a lot of injury lawsuits if you don't.

1st. Was at the location @9:30 was trying to long in and get the rental going. The Uhaul app quit working. Numerous phone calls to Uhaul and to the 24/7 truck share place. Was hung up on at least 5 times so about 2 hours later. Finally got someone from 24/7 truck share to give me the code to get the keys. Also reserved 2 furniture Dollie’s only to receive 1.

I rented one of the newest 5'x8' enclosed trailers with the ramp door. It was raining that day. Not only did the front of the trailer leak, the anti-skid material that you have the ramp treated with does NOT work in wet weather. It's like a sheet of Ice. This poses a dangerous condition that will definitely cause injury lawsuits. I was lucky. I didn't break any bones, but I have some bruises from when I fell. Maybe you should rethink your anti-skid material. They make it for showers & bath tubs. You need something that produces results like this stuff does.

The virtual pick-up just wasn't working. The time I set wouldn't allow the site to work, the photo feature wasn't working, I couldn't enter my birth year correctly, and then the server crashed. What should be a 5 minute process took over an hour. Ironically the link to provide feedback yesterday wasn't working either.
